Guitarist, composer and educator in Columbus, Ohio, Alex Shrock received his bachelor's degree in Music Composition from the University of Akron. He subsequently received his Master's in Music Composition from Cleveland State University.

 

When teaching, Alex always try to find a balance between the fundamentals and the student's interests.  In addition to teaching, Alex maintains a busy performance schedule recording and playing around town.
